We believe that most people would willingly take their future state of health far more seriously if they were properly informed about the affects of their actions in the present. What you don't know will indeed hurt you. The fact that merely 30 minutes of exercise per day combined with better eating habits decrease ones chances of dying from the PANDEMIC of chronic diseases caused by daily inactivity, might intrigue the masses enough to get them moving. Our one-on-one training allows you to maximize your training experience with individualized coaching and programming, with a program tailored to your specific goals and needs. Your experience with our trainers ensures an environment where you will be challenged to step outside of your comfort zone in order to attain the progress you seek.
- GROUP TRAINING -
Our group training are semi-private sessions for those looking for individualized coaching and programming but enjoys having training partners to help motivate and encourage each other along the way. Small groups of 2-5 still provide the opportunity for individualized coaching at a more cost-effective price point. There will be no drop-off when it comes to the standard and demands we have at Missing Element Sports Performance & Fitness. Your individual goals will be challenged by the goals and work ethic of others which may encourage you to raise the standards previously set by yourself.
