Our purpose and passion is to educate, the public about the importance of maintaining healthy eating habits along with a daily workout routine. Not knowing or utilizing the facts about nutrition will have a negative affect not only on the individual, but also their loved ones, and society as a whole emotionally, physically, and financially.
We're sure most have heard the quote:
"Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food."
We're here to tell you, "This is not a quote to be taken lightly." The food we choose to consume is in direct correlation with our energy levels, recovery speed after workouts or injury, chronic disease, weight loss, athletic performance, etc...
Most importantly, studies show that about half of all American adults—117 million individuals—have one or more preventable chronic diseases, many of which are related to poor quality eating patterns and physical inactivity. These include cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, some cancers, and poor bone health. With that said, one can easily conclude that the integration of healthy eating habits along with at least 30 minutes of exercise per day, can and will prevent high expense medical conditions in one's future.
