Have you ever wondered why your SPARQ is more intense some days? Some days you wake up and immediately you are ready to attack whatever awaits. Then, there are days when no matter how much rest you get, you just don’t feel like doing anything. What causes this unwanted inconsistency in a person's life? We believe this occurs when people allow themselves to be in a position where they are not prepared to face the cost of future success. By increasing your SPARQ rating, you will always have the necessary energy to seek and study the right skills to face whatever challenges that can wear you down.
