Service Description

Our Adult High Performance Fitness Classes utilize metabolic conditioning, which is a training method that is structured in short intense intervals that optimizes how the human body utilizes energy. This option is a great choice for those looking lose weight, burn fat, and make lean muscle gains. (*Unisex classes) What is included: - Up To 4 sessions per week - Up to 16 sessions every 4 weeks - 45min -1hr sessions Session Availability: - Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri ( 5am & 7pm) - Fri 5am (No 7pm Session) Drop-In Session $25 No Contract $240/month-to-month 3-Month Contract $200/month 6-Month Contract $180/month 12-Month Contract $165/month


Cancellation Policy

Client agrees that sessions do not rollover into following month. Client must communicate any absences 12hrs before session to receive make up sessions. To cancel membership, client must send email document stating request. The recurring draft will stop 28 days after email is sent. Request email from owners .
