Missing Element's focus within our sports training programs is to help each individual athlete develop into the best representation of themselves on and off the field. Being multi-sport student athletes ourselves, we fully understand from first hand experience, and our ever growing knowledge within our field, that no athlete is complete without access to a well rounded training program. We've designed programs that allow any athlete of any age, skill set or sport to benefit physically and most important, mentally. We understand that each sport is interrelated yet unique in certain focuses of their development. Therefore, we've developed related drills and exercises for specific sports.
Our program includes instruction in movement training, linear and lateral speed techniques, speed development, agility, explosive power development, proper functional strength training and conditioning.
The workout becomes progressively more challenging once basic techniques have been mastered. Our training staff ensures proper progression over the duration of the session.
